what we offer

Online, face-to-face, or a blend of both…

We humans can be very resourceful, capable, and creative. At Humantalk, this is our starting point. And whilst in today’s context of rapid technological progress, big data, and artificial intelligence, we face disruptive change and complexity; our never-ending appetite for fresh expression suggests homo sapiens are far from finished determining how we show up in the world. Change brings challenge, but it also offers fresh opportunities.

In the midst of our ever-changing environment, a powerful constant is the connection between the stories we live by, our self-talk, and what we push out into the world to the humans we work with. As our environment responds to us, this experience begins to inform our sense of individual and collective identity and purpose. This humantalk influences everything from our leadership style to our mental health, and defines the kind of future we’re co-creating.

At Humantalk, we use our multisector experience and multidisciplinary approach to bring you coaching, training events, and learning programmes - crafted for your unique huddle of humans. Everything we do is to help you get the best out of yourself and others. Everything we offer helps you think, feel, and act your way forward.

EXAMPLE case study - helping humans during the Covid-19 pandemic

During the Coronavirus pandemic, Humantalk has been privileged to work with a specialist nursing service whose teams of nurses, healthcare professionals and people managers continued to provide exceptional levels of healthcare provision in the face of ongoing pressure, disruption and complexity. To help this client in their important endeavours, we designed and delivered a bespoke management development and performance programme – Healthy Management. Bringing together our experience in leadership and organisational development with our expertise in workplace mental health and well-being, we rolled out an online programme of team workshops, interactive learning materials, and 1-2-1 coaching for people managers.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, together we developed an approach to deploy and sustain the momentum created by Healthy Management so that the benefits could be experienced and capitalised well beyond the end of the programme. It was a huge privilege to support this fantastic client of ours during the coronavirus pandemic and we look forward to working with them again soon.
